Non US-english lanuages dont show white terracota (new name for hardened clay) as terracota is shows it as hardened clay

when i tryed out the new snapshot 17w16a it said it changed the name of hardened clay to terracotta i use LolCat (kingdom of cats) lanuage and it did not change
