Whenever I put a music disc into the jukebox then turn my master volume all the way down then press escape, then go back and turn it up, it won't ever stop. (even if you quit out of the world or break it). the only solution I have found, is to quit out of the game entirely.
*1. Put disc (any disc) into jukebox
2. turn master volume down all the way
3. quit from music/sounds menu
4. go back and turn master volume all the way back up
5. music should go on until you quit the game*
I'm having a similar issue. I was messing around in my survival world, and I took my music disc (C418 - Cat) out of my jukebox and put it back in over and over by holding right click, but when I tried to take it out at the end, I got the item back and my parrot stopped dancing, but the music sound kept playing. I tried closing my world and re-entering my world, but the music was still playing even when I was on the title screen. I also tried putting a different music disc (C418 - 13) in the jukebox, but that caused both sounds to play at the same time. Finally, I completely closed the game and re-opened the game and then the music stopped.
Some things to note:
I was using a vanilla 1.12.2 client with the regular amount of allocated ram
I was on a windows laptop (64-bit)
