[MC-11648] the command of clear cannot clear the items with the data or absolute number

I cannot clear the items from my body with the [data] or the absolute number.
for example: /clear @p 344 4
and the result is 'could not clear the inventory of @p, no items to remove'

I couldn't get it to clear a set number of items from my inventory, but I could get it to clear one specific item entirely, both in the chat window and command blocks.

works as expected - clears all Jungle Wood Slabs from the inventory.
