I left the village.When I got back to my house I didn't see my pet parrot.I when back to the village to see if i left him there.When I couldn't find him I went into spectator mode.I found him inside of the farmland where the villagers left the crops.The parrot also did not suffocate.

It's not just parrots. I've had tamed wolves teleport to me in a village and end up in path blocks or farmland. With the wolves you can still see the tips of their ears and their gaze follow you if you have a piece of meat in your hand. They take no suffocation damage, thankfully, and you can free them by breaking the blocks.

It could be that since the farmblocks are a little shorter than other blocks the mobs teleport inside like glass or other see through blocks
Please reopen. I can also confirm. Had a parrot sitting inside of an enclosure, later teleported 30 blocks away.
