when I am on the loading screen my Minecraft freezes and when I install it again it won't work even when I download an alternative

You aren't. The crash report states: "Minecraft Version: 1.9". Please update to 1.11.2 (check your profile in the launcher; make sure it's set to latest release).

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.11.2 or the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
