doLimitedCrafting gamerule not working

The bug

Setting the gamerule doLimitedCrafting to true does not stop players from crafting unknown recipes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new world

2. Set the gamerule to true

   /gamerule doLimitedCrafting true

3. Collect some resources to unlock some recipes

4. Take the unlocked recipes

   /recipe take @a *

5. Try to craft the recipe
