Hi, when I am going in 1.11+ and when next I back in older of the 1.9, it is remove my language
(I have set french language and it is set in english)

Probably invalid, downgrading is not supported and there might have been changes to how the selected language is stored in the options file.

Indeed, and yes there have (lowercasing file names).
