I was mining stone in a cave and saw my iron pickaxe reaching 0 durability so I just let it die and the Serious Dedication achievement popped up.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get an iron pickaxe down to 0 durability (also check if you have the achievement or not and use /advancement revoke @p minecraft:husbandry/break_diamond_hoe
2. Mine 1 stone with the last durability
3. Notice the Serious Dedication achievement pops up when it shouldn't as it's for breaking a diamond pickaxe.
