Parrots imitate silent mobs.

How to reproduce

Enable subtitles

Summon a silent enderman

/summon enderman ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,Silent:1b}

Spawn some parrots around him
→ The subtitle "Parrot vwoops" appears

Would the fix of this mean that they also don't imitate creepers anymore?

No they still imitate creepers. Since they main idea is for them to be an early warning system for hostile mobs. Logically though they should not be able to imitate mobs that has been specifically set to silent.
