Ocelots with owner are smaller than ocelots without owner

The bug

If you summon an ocelot with an owner set the ocelot is always slightly smaller than a normal ocelot (without owner), but with the same skin.

How to reproduce

1. Summon an ocelot with owner

   /summon ocelot ~ ~ ~ {Owner:abc,NoAI:1b}

2. Summon an ocelot without owner

   /summon ocelot ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
