Thunderstorms and Fire problem

After the update their has been no regular rain it's always thunderstorms and their has been too much thunderstorms. Now that's is not the biggest problem the biggest one would be the fire spreading when ever a lighting hits somewhere the fire is not turning off and all of my buildings, forests, jungle, burned down because of this. I am playing on "Normal" it's not even hard... I think you guys should put back the normal fire spread at least for normal and easy. Thank you
