[MC-117217] Items duplicate when stacking

When stacking, items can duplicate. This can be proved by breaking a chest full of the same block, or dropping the same block too fast.

No. I tried to reproduce the glitch on different maps and it gave the same results.

I can confirm that this happens on several recent snapshots and pre-releases. It can be a simple as mining blocks (iron ore, obsidian) and allowing them to stack as loose items before picking them up. You will often get more blocks than you actually mined!
