[MC-117667] Can't feed cookies to tamed parrots

After having tamed a parrot with seeds, you will no longer be able to feed cookies to it in order to kill it.

Steps to reproduce:

Spawn a parrot
Tame it by feeding it seeds
Try to kill it by feeding it cookies
- You will be unable to feed the parrot cookies

I can't completely tell if this is the game passively telling you "no, that's messed up" or if it's really a bug, but I'd consider it a bug since you can kill untamed parrots using cookies.

Might be intended because who would want to kill his own pet parrot?

Yeah, but then the point of having untamed parrots die from cookies is slightly diminished.
Also, sadists. But in a more serious note, it's possible for someone to grow tired of their pet and want to use this special way to off them (as dark as that may sound).

Yeah, after reading the obfuscated source code, I guess it might not be intended. The cookie killing happens in the same method as the taming, which is probably not get called if the parrot's already tamed. Not too sure though, obfuscated source code is... well... quite obfuscated.

I'd like to point out that when I tried the bug myself, it looks like it consumes cookies but when you update the item in your inventory it corrects itself. Also the cookie death message was changed in this snapshot but you can no longer see it. I'd consider this bug a bug.
