The bug
Double plants can be placed at and grow (by using bonemeal on grass (tallgrass type=tall_grass) or on fern (tallgrass type=fern)) at y = 255 resulting in an incomplete double plant.
Other two block high blocks like doors cannot be placed at y = 255.

@@unknown, is there a reason why you are commenting on a 4 year old report without any recent activity? Or did you comment on the wrong report by accident?
If you have a look at the history of MC-70010, you will see that I copied the description from this report here to MC-70010 4 years ago, which is why they have the same summary and description.
Please don't try to copy everything from a ticket.
