The tittle is self explanatory but flowing lava does not push mobs & players similar to how water does.
There are two attachments for mobs to show they haven't moved and two attachments for player, you can look at the coordinates to see I haven't moved a bit.
(I'm using a custom texture but the mob in the attachment a zombie pigman.)
