Ever since I got my 4k monitor and graphics card my mouse if moved too slowly will continue to pan down. Even if I move up it will pan slowly down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried different mouses. The same error still occurs however sometimes it will switch from down pans to right pans. I can not verify this on other 4k monitors or windows systems.
