[MC-118196] Changing the color of the sheep's wool when dying it doesn't seem to show, it stays the same white. Same with the Jeb

When I tried to use one of the dye's on the sheep to change it blue it just stayed plain white,
And for the Jeb_ , you name it but it doesn't switch colors it stays white with a name tag above it that says Jeb_.
