The advancements wont show up and it says "There Doesn't seem to be anything here..."

You need to get an advancement first before you get it's tree.

I'm sorry but I did collect wood and it still wont show up so this should still be open

Collecting wood is not an advancement.

Don't you need to collect wood to get tree?

There is no advancement for getting wood.

This is intended behavior, go further in the game and you'll see the tree appear.

I get that there's nothing there, but this is a terrible message.  It reads like the program is reporting an error.  It should instead tell you what you need to do to start advancements.
