fill replace mode broken

Fill with replace mode does not work and gives a strange error message for some blocks. It seems to be only for blocks with associated tile-entities

There error message:
"Data tag parsing failed: Expected '{' but got 's' at: s<---[HERE]"

To replicate:

1. Pillar up 1 block with sponge and stand on top of it

2. /fill ~ ~-1 ~ ~ ~-1 ~ furnace 0 replace sponge

You will get the error message:
"Data tag parsing failed: Expected '{' but got 's' at: s<---[HERE]"

We have verified this with furnace, end_gateway, chest, skull, dispenser, hopper, shulker boxes, enchantment table
