[MC-11882] FPS drop when aiming with a bow

When you are aiming with a bow, there is a big FPS drop and everything is in slow motion.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.

I can confirm this bug. Framerate is about 120fps, but when charging a bow it drops down to 70fps.
In fullscreen the effect is more noticeable.

Does it drop for all bows or only enchanted ones?
