My parrots teleport even if they are sitting down

If I walk near a mob, my parrots will teleport even if sitting down. When they arrive, they will still be sitting however.

I am also having this issue intermittently, even in creative.

Note: In my case at least, the parrot will still be sitting upon arrival

Yes, when they arrive for me they are sitting also. Sorry, forgot to add that.
