When I run the launcher the game does not open and I have a message "loadlibrary failed with error 193:% 1 is not a valid win32 application" *
Then the game puts a message "an unexpected problem has arisen and the game has crashed. We sorry for the gene occasioned"
There is no error report in the minecraft file
I installed and uninstalled the game several times
Upgraded graphics card and windows 10

There is something wrong with your Java installation. Download & install the Minecraft Installer from https://minecraft.net/download

@kumasasa: Java reinstalled multiple times, manually and automatic repair - now only latest Java8 installed. Installation has previously been working since pre-1.0. Have scratched download directories, recreated profile. Seems to me more an issue of the bundled version of lwjgl64.dll?
