in the photo you can see what's my problem. If you can't really see i'll explain. So if I play minecraft every block has a white glitchy texture. It's not the texture pack because I already tried that. I was thinkinjg it is my monitor (the resolution is 3440 x 1440 pixels)

I believe this is a Graphics/hardware Issue, as I do not see this in 1.12. There may be settings you need to adjust.
