Always crashes on launch. New installation.

Hello. I'm receiving the attached error every time minecraft is launched. I've reinstalled in multiple times, ran it on administrator and compatibility mode, but it will not open. This issue was marked as solved even though I provided the logs and this is very frustrating. I attached logs and screenshots of the issue.
