Cant login to multiplayer servers

Whevever trying to get into servers I get something that says "Not Authenticated with Minecraft.Net". I'm always on multiplayer and it wont let me play any servers. I am very confused with what it means. Anyone have any suggestions? I need answers ASAP.

Using a non-official login service (cracked launcher, mcleakes/altdispenser etc.)?
Using VPN?
Playing offline?
Using a demo mojang account?

This does not occur to me.
