When I start Minecraft and load a Singleplayer, Multiplayer or Realms world, the game crashes and this message appears in the log:
"Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2167ms behind, skipping 43 tick(s)"
I have tried to re-installed Minecraft several times and it does not fix the problem and I don't really know what else to do.

Can you not join on any worlds?
That log message means that the tps was low for some reason (usually lag)
