Cannot confirm, make sure the sneak control is correctly binded to LShift (with no binding conflict), also try to bind sneaking to other control that you know are working.
If the issue persist and you think everything is right on your side, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report.
