Note: I know there are other tickets regarding slow scrolling in server and world lists, but they don't mention the controls menu. Also, all of the ones I saw are marked as fixed, but the controls menu specifically is still not fixed.
Simply put, for each "click" of mouse wheel up/down, the controls menu barely moves. I have to put my finger back to the front of the scroll wheel after fully scrolling many times before I actually get to the bottom of the page.
This should definitely not be the case. It's much more effective right now to just use the cursor and drag the scrollbar manually.
Could you please check if this is still an issue in the latest 1.13 pre-release?
