[MC-120315] twitch broadcasting unavailable

trying to stream and i get the message "unable to load the libraries needed for the integrated twitch broadcasting service" and got told to report it here im using 1.7.10

However, this issue is Invalid.

Twitch broadcasting has been removed and is no longer available.

What I meant is that the Twitch stream service integrated into Minecraft has been removed since almost noone used it. Twitch broadcasting itself of course still is available.
You just have to use third-party software like OBS Studio instead.

As I said about three months ago, the Twitch stream service has been removed from all version, even though the button is still available in 1.7.10. Please use other software instead.
