My game stopped responding. i try to kill mushrooms by command and i forgot id. i run google chrome and my game stopped responding. i killed it and run it. i go to the end and fly to the portal to test spawn chunks. portal is bad look, first I thought its unloaded chunks, but no. two chunks generated endstone and air in portal and destroy half of portal. destroy bedrock, torches, and portal.

I do not find crash report. it seems to game doesn ´t create it. launcher do not want to show me console, i do not know why. console is there, but is invisible. i don´t know where i find relevant log file, but there is one i thing is is

Well, that looks like it's a issue with your computer. I doubt Mojang can do anything about that. Please use the Community Support link below if this happens more often.

I have render distance 32 and i am be in the overworld, and i kill minecraft after a minute. normally minecraft save 5 seconds .max
Then turn your render distance down. Your computer probably cannot handle such an extremely high render distance.
i run normally on 50 fps(i have bugged graphic card, computer run on integrated, but have nvidia 960 geforce. but minecraft prefere integrated...)
You can force Minecraft to use the NVIDIA graphics card in the NVIDIA control center as far as I know.
i try it. i try it 5 times. nothing. i google, nothing. i go to experts in store, nothing. i don´t know how to do this without diasbling integrated graphic and disabling monitor)
Desktop → Right click → NVIDIA Control Panel → Manage 3D settings → Program settings → Click "Add" → Click "Browse..."

However, this issue is Invalid.
Well, those things happen when you kill the game. It probably was in the middle of saving and didn't save two of the chunks the end portal was in.
If you wanted to report the crash / the game not responding, please attach the crash report and maybe the launcher log of when the game did not respond anymore.
