Repeater Falling Edge delay broken in 1.12.1 when on chunk borders

The repeater is an integral part of the redstone mechanics of Minecraft, and most of that is due to the delay. However, the Falling Edge delay of repeaters is non-functional on chunk borders while on a multiplayer server.

Cannot reproduce with the setup below. What do you mean by "non-functional"? Is the delay shorter, longer, random?

Try one sideways. The Falling Edge (signal turning off) is non existant. I will try to attach a video later today.

Still cannot reproduce with a sideways repeater at the chunk border, in all four directions.

Crud...I don’t have access to my computer. I can create a diagram of what I was trying to do on the PE, just for the sake of visuals, but it will not have the same result.

Cannot reproduce, the Jeb door works fine with the repeater at a chunk boundary.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

If possible, include a short video demonstrating the bug with the F3+G (chunk borders) shown.

Wait nevermind I am an idiot. I was running an outdated version of Optifine. Sorry for wasting your time.
