[MC-120431] 'Unable to connect to world' error on Beta Xbox One

Currently on the .20 version of the better together xbox one beta. My android PE and friends Windows 10 version in the same house (on the same wifi network) are both .22 can connect fine. I can also connect to 'realms', but cannot join other friends games on PE or Win10 versions.

Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
You don't have access to them yet.

The version i'm using isn't on the list and it is a beta so it is closer to unreleased than the not

I should clarify that my friends that I can't join also have the beta v.1.2.1.22
