[MC-120654] Mobs able to spawn in piston heads through non-natural spawning

This bug affects all non-natural spawning that would happen with a low light level such as spawners or iron golem spawning. As far as I can tell this only happens for piston heads and not just any transparent blocks

A piston head is transparent, so it seems intended, as it meets the requirements for mob spawning?
(Unless Mojang changed anything about (spawner) mob spawn rules in the recent versions, of which I don't know of due to currently not being 100% up to date about Minecraft.)

I'd like to see your setup example for Iron Golems though.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.15, or the latest pre-release 1.15.1-pre1) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
