Game corruption when game crashes

I apologize if this is already an issue on the site, but right now I am honestly too aggravated to care. Basically this is the issue. Whenever I close out of minecraft without saving (rage quits, computer dies, random crashes), when I come back my world is gone. It's still listed in saves folder but something corrupted it. So I can still get the world back by going through this obnoxious world recovery method, but it takes away advancements, day, and resets your spawn. Plus it ruins some of the progress in your world. I tried backing up my world but the backup didn't work. This issue has got to be fixed. If I hadn't been able to get my world back I was close to quitting minecraft. This is the second time a pretty good world was corrupted in the last month, and I lost the first one for good. If t happened twice I would at the least have stepped away for months to stew. So in conclusion just figure this crash out so worlds aren't corrupted. Thanks
