This is NOT a duplicate of MC-1207 because that is for the riders head rotation, this bug is when you ride a pig while using a carrot on a stick, the pig's body stays facing one direction no matter where you ride it.
I did duplicate my own issue but that one was resolved as a duplicate of MC-1207 where it wasn't a duplicate.

Do not create duplicates of your own issues. I'm investigating the original issue right now.
