Unable to access javaw.exe?

I've mentioned before being unable to launch my game due to the Pixel Format lacking acceleration. However, after an uninstall and reinstall, I've rooted the issue down to being unable to access javaw.exe. The file exists; however, nothing can access it. Not even I, the administrator of the computer, am able to access it. I cannot open the Permissions list, I cannot set Permissions via Command Prompt, I cannot do anything with it. I cannot even move it or copy it. I have no clue how to resolve this. I'm not even getting a crash report anymore. I have confirmed and double-confirmed that the file exists and is in the proper directory, but no apps or users can access it. This is not a duplicate; I have viewed the original post and neither of the issues suggested are the cause. Help?
