Nether Instance Broke

*strong text*I was wondering what would happen if I entered the end , and then enter the nether using the setblock command all from the beggining.Well , lets just say the nether dimension bugged out completely :
-entities wont render unless you switch to the other gamemode (ex: spawned blaze in creative , rendering only in survival)
-entities wont spawn natturally (i mean all mobs in nether )
-falling entities will do a fall-loop , and will execute the falling animation
-cant break blocks in survival mode
-sometimes damage values are messed up ( sometimes)
-entities have no AI ( without NoAI tag )
I will call it The Phantom Nether Glitch (found by AntVenom , in this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mV6RGEdvwWU)
