[MC-121154] Hurting player on same team causes their wolf to stand up

When I hurt a player who is on the same team as me, their wolf stands up.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1. After hitting a player on the same team as me, their wolf did not stand up and remained sat down. I've attached some screenshots and videos that support this statement.
