Sometimes when I relog a world the crafting book attached to survival and crafting table inventory's does not function properly. Sometimes it shows all unlocked recipes, but other times may only show some unlocked recipes.

I logged onto the same world each time as I was using it to test a build out on before using it on a server.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

Each world has it's own recipe book depending on how far you've processed in that work.
Did you log onto multiple different worlds? Because I wasn't able to re-create this.
