Cannot load game/world

I cannot load any of my worlds. And sometimes I can't even get the launcher to load past the Mojang screen. When it does go to the main menu and I click on one of my worlds, doesn't go past "Building Terrain" or "Loading Terrain" depending on the game. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and still the same problem

Could not find a folder for crash reports, including logs
