When I am on servers usually every 5 minutes it will freeze sometimes it freezes even earlier. but what happens where it will also affect the start page and single player is that the game will freeze where I cant do anything but I can hear the sounds and click buttons but cant move. This is annoying and I have tried reinstalling Minecraft and restarted my computer and allocated 4Gb of ram But nothing seems to work I have resource packs and some mods but I don't think they re the problem as I usually use them and no problem. But after the update on the 28th of October, the games starts to freeze. my game can run at 70fps no problem but now it just freezes
Can you help me?
Also When I freeze my crosshairs are frozen but my cursor moves in the game.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
