[MC-12148] Crafting Bug

Crafting bug! i were playing with my friends on a server CreativeCraft, While i was trying to craft a thing after i died, i wanted to make a Diamond Chestplate, when i used my diamonds to create it and clicked on the diamond chestplate, it turned into my 19 diamonds... I tryed making a diamond sword, it turned into my 19 diamonds too.. When i tryed to make a redstone block it turned into my 9 redstone.. Please mojang fix this bug i cant play survival!
