[MC-121844] Command block minecarts activated by activator rails are repeating the command

When I put a command in a command block minecart and then run it using an activator rail it doesn't run the command once, it is repeating it infinitely.

And I am not sending a redstone clock pulse to it

Because the minecart gets killed before it has the chance to run again. probably.
