Placing Item Frames or paintings on a cactus then walking into it in survival causes you to take damage, not sure if it is a bug or just meant to happen as I know you can walk through pictures when they are on walls.

I can still see the black spines stick out around the edges of a cactus when I cover it in item frames so it makes sense to me that you continue to take damage from it.
