[MC-12191] TNT Minecart Randomly Exploding

I am using a tnt minecart, and my tnt blows up right after it touches a powered rail. I am sorry if I saying this and it's meant to happen.

Can reproduce.
The cause for the explosion are the four blocks marked as gold blocks in my screenshot.
But only the blocks after the curves in South direction explode the minecart, not in North direction.
Strange.
