[MC-121952] Skin Glitch In Multiplayer

I was playing with my friend on my world and he said he couldnt see my skin he said that i look like steve but i could see hes and mine skin

This is also a slight issue in bedrock, some skins do show correctly, but others show as being Steve. I assumed it was because I did not own the same skin packs as friends, but it even happens for skin packs we both own.
