Glitched Dogs & Wolves

While playing on servers, if a player upsets a wolf it will create the sound. But if a wolf is angry tamed Dogs will create the growling sound also, and attack as well. So what the bug is basically, is that Wolves & Dogs react the same besides the fact that Dogs will sit on command. Thank you.
