[MC-122306] TNT minecarts are exploding as they collide with each other

If I put two TNT minecarts one in front of the other, and make them collide, they explode.
This behavior is not happening with any other type of minecart.

I meant that if a tnt minecart collides with a normal minecart it doesn't do that
