[MC-122656] Scoreboard objective criterias for breaking elytra and trident never increase score

The bug

Due to the special breaking behaviour of the elytra and the trident, it never actually triggers the minecraft.broken statistic allocated for it.

How to reproduce

Add an objective with the minecraft.broken:minecraft.elytra criteria, set it to display on your sidebar, and set your score to 0 so it displays

/scoreboard objectives add breakElytra minecraft.broken:minecraft.elytra
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar breakElytra
/scoreboard players set @s breakElytra 0

Give yourself an almost-broken elytra, fly with it and let it break
```
/give @s minecraft:elytra{Damage:429}
```
→ ❌ Notice your score has not increased

The same is also true for the trident.

anybody know if it has always been like this or is it just adden now (always=when elytra came in the game)

testet it to see if it was the sam in 1.9, but error came up about thew command, do you know when the type of command (broken.) were added? so i can see if it is a new or an old problem
