[MC-12287] Main Menu Texture Option Missing ( 1.5 )

In the main menu, the option to choose which texture pack you want does not appear, I have forced updated, deleted my files, and reinstalled but nothing works.

The texture packs have been intentionally moved to the options.

They moved it to the "Options" setting after Minecraft Realms was added.
